Lasheez Aesthetics Policies

To ensure that everyone involved has the best experience possible, please make sure you read and understand all the policies, terms and conditions so there are no misunderstandings. We take pride in the satisfaction of all of our clients. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. It is your responsibility as a client to understand our policies. If you do not agree with any of our booking policies we ask respectfully that you do not book with us 

DEPOSITS

All deposits are ABSOLUTELY NON REFUNDABLE & NON TRANSFERABLE. Meaning if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must pay a new deposit. Your original deposit only holds a time slot for that specific day, a new day must be booked with a new deposit.

LATES

 We allow a 10 minute grace period with notice. After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and we will not be able to take you. (Yes, 11 minutes is too late!)

RESCHEDULES

You must reschedule at least 48 hours prior via text/call/voicemail. All reschedules must pay a NEW deposit. Less than a 48 hour notice will result in an additional $25 fee.

CANCELLATIONS

You must notify Lasheez 48 hours prior via text/call/voicemail. Cancelations will not be refunded their deposit. Less than a 48 hour notice will result in an additional $25 fee.

NO SHOWS

Your deposit will be forfeited and you will be responsible for 100% of the service. Failure to pay will result in cancelations of any currently booked appointments.

SICKNESS (COVID/MONKEYPOX/FLU/COLD)

YOU WILL STILL NEED TO MEET ALL POLICY TERMS AND FEES.

FAULT BY LASHEEZ

If at anytime Lasheez needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice we will discount your final bill by $25 or offer you a free add on to your service.

NOTE: *IF YOU HAVE A CARD ON FILE WE WILL BILL THAT CARD ANY POLICY FEE(S) YOU INCUR. If you do not have a card on file we will text you a payment link for any policy fees you incur. Failure to pay the fee(s) will ban you indefinitely from Lasheez Aesthetics and any associated businesses with Lasheez Aesthetics.

**DO NOT EMAIL US, IT WILL NOT BE SEEN. ALL EMAILS RECEIVED BY CLIENTS ARE AUTOMATED AND ANY REPLYS MADE DO NOT REACH US. Any communication must be made via text or voicemail.

***Due to the limited amount of seating in our waiting area we ask that you do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes. Arriving early will not get you seen any earlier, you will still be taken back at your appointment time.

****Lasheez would like to take this time to thank you for understanding our policies. In this industry it is normal for deposits to be met and penalty fees to be incurred. Majority of salons and spas will charge you 50% or 100% of the service for a no show or short notice reschedule/cancelation. We do not.

​

As a small business we try to keep our fees as low as possible to be able to provide everyone with affordable services. Lasheez’ employees are all commission based, when you do not show up or reschedule last minute your esthetician will not be paid for the reserved time and that reserved time slot could have been provided to another client. We hope that explaining the reason behind our fees will help you better understand the importance of punctuation which is also why we provide a $25 discount when we, as a company, are responsible for a reschedule.
